From morning until night, the Public Storage customer service team is standing by to assist. For more than two years now, that also includes a group dedicated to responding on Facebook and Twitter.
The most senior members of our call center team handle questions from self storage customers, asking for more details so that they can ID customers and coordinate with storage facility managers to address concerns. Combined, the nine men and women have more than 60 years of experience helping our customers.
Joe takes the bus for three hours to make it to work and back each day. Bea coordinates the annual Halloween decorating contest for her department, and wins. Daniel builds computers—for himself and his friends—out of components he buys at electronics stores. They are all real people dedicating to resolving your issue.
